How to use the Helpdesk
Reporting an Issue:
From any Internet browser, type in help.calavo.com
** Please note that you can report an issue without logging in to the portal. Logging in gives you more options to choose from.

To report an issue, click on the “Report an Issue” option
You will be prompted to enter some information. Please provide as much details as possible on what the
issue is. There is an option for you to attach a file if necessary.
Click on Submit when done.
To track your support tickets:
Login to the portal using your Windows credentials.
Your reported issue(s) with its status should show at the bottom of the screen.
To Search for solutions or use the Self Help Knowledgebase:
Click on the Search field
There are some self‐help documentations that you can browse.
